Hi, I'm Anna!

I am a board certified family medicine physician in practice since 2009.  I learned through my own health journey that one-size-fits-all medicine is not for me. As a result, I began my functional medicine training to offer an alternative to traditional healthcare. 

I help women feel empowered and in control of their nutrition and health choices.

We work together to set your personal health goals and lay out a plan that allows you to achieve them.  Now in a new location, I am able to offer in person services.  I can also provide Telehealth services for those who reside in Colorado.  You will have my personal attention and support throughout the process.
